The vertical Lapper used in non-woven fabrics has a wide range of applications, and can be adapted to clothing, home textiles, construction, automotive interiors, etc. The fabric produced by the vertical Lapper has the characteristics of good elasticity, high resilience and high comfort, which can increase the added value of the product and is favored by more and more customers.
The working width of vertical Lapper can be customized from 2.7M to 3.8M, and the speed can be matched with various types of carding machines.
The vertical Lapper adopts the clamping roller to swing back and forth, 90°turn and lift the bottom curtain to make the cotton layer upright; the anti-static roller can prevent the cotton mesh from being affected by static electricity and affect production.

1. HRKB-1200 Bale opener：This equipment is used to uniformly feed three or less raw materials according to the specified ratio. It can pre open all kinds raw materials, All parts that come in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel or organic polymer materials.
2. HRYKS-1500 Pre opener: The raw materials are opened by opening roller with needle plates, transported by fan, and feed by wood curtain or leather curtain. The feeding is controlled by photoelectric on the cotton feeder. Two groove rollers and two springs are used for feeding. The opening roll is subject to dynamic and static balance treatment, with conveying air duct, which is completely closed to reduce the cleaning times
3. HRDC-1600 Blending box: Different kinds fibers are blew into this equipment, fibers will fall around the flat curtain, then the inclined curtain will get fibers according to longitudinal direction and give deeply mixing.
4. HRJKS-1500 Fine opening: The raw materials are opened by opening roller with metal wire, transported by fan, and feed by wood curtain or leather curtain. The feeding is controlled by photoelectric on the cotton feeder. Two groove rollers and two springs are used for feeding. The opening roll is subject to dynamic and static balance treatment, with conveying air duct, which is completely closed to reduce the cleaning times
5. HRMD-2500 Feeding machine：The opened fibers are further opened and mixed and processed into uniform cotton for the next process. Volumetric quantitative feeding, photoelectric control, easy adjustment, accurate and uniform cotton feeding.
6. HRSL-2500 Carding machine：
The machine is suitable to card the chemical fiber and blended fiber after opening to be evenly distributed fiber network and used for the next process. The machine adopts single-cylinder combing, double-doffer double-random (clutter)roller delivery, double-roller stripping cotton, with strong carding ability and high production. All cylinders of the machine are modulated and qualitatively processed and then precision machined. Radial runout is less than or equal to 0.03mm. The feed roller is paired with the upper and the lower two groups, frequency control, independent transmission, and equipped with metal detection device, with the function of self-stop alarm reversing.
7. HRPW-2700/3000 Vertical lapper：It is conveyed to the top of the equipment through diagonal connection, and then the cotton web is laid on the predetermined track in a V-shape by swinging the clamping curtain back and forth. The V-shaped cotton web is erected through a 90 degree turn of the track for use in the next process.
8. HRHF-3000 Oven：Heat the fiber and make strong shape of final fabric.
9. HRCJ-3000 Cutting and Rolling machine：
This machine is used for non-woven production line, to product into the required width and length for packaging
