1. HRKB-1200 Bale opener：This equipment is used for the uniform feeding of three or less raw materials in accordance with the specified ratio. It is able to pre-open all types of raw materials, and all the parts that come into contact with the materials are made of stainless steel or organic polymer materials.

2. HRYKS-1500 Pre opener: The raw material is opened by an opening roller with needle plates. It is transported by a fan and fed by a wooden or leather curtain. Feed control is by means of a photocell on the cotton feeder. Feed is by means of two grooved rollers and two springs. The opening roller is dynamically and statically balanced. The conveying air duct is completely closed to reduce cleaning times.

3. HRDC-1600 Blending box:  Different kinds of fibres are blown into this equipment, fibres will fall around the flat curtain, then the inclined curtain will receive fibres according to longitudinal direction and give deep mixing.

4. HRJKS-1500 Fine opening: The raw materials are opened by means of an opening roller with a metal wire, transported by a fan and fed by means of a wooden or leather curtain. Feed is controlled by photoelectric sensors on the cotton feeder. Two grooved rollers and two springs are used for feeding. The opening roller is dynamically and statically balanced. The conveying air duct is completely closed to reduce cleaning times.

5. HRMD-2000 Feeding machine：The opened fibres are further opened and mixed. They are then processed into uniform cotton for the next process. Volumetric quantitative feeding, photoelectric control, easy to adjust, accurate and uniform feeding of the cotton.

6. HRSL-2000 Carding machine：The machine is suitable for carding man-made fibres and blended fibres after opening so that the fibre network is evenly distributed and used for the next process. The machine adopts single-cylinder combing, double-doffer double-random (clutter)roller delivery, double-roller stripping cotton, with strong carding ability and high production. All cylinders on the machine are modulated and quality machined, then precision machined. Radial runout is less than or equal to 0.03mm. The infeed roller is paired with the two upper and two lower groups, frequency control, independent transmission and equipped with metal detection device, with the function of self-stop alarm reversa.

7. HRPW Cross lapper：A compensating motor is fitted between the fabric curtains to reduce the draught of the fabric. The frame is made from 6mm sheet steel by bending. The reciprocating commutation is controlled by frequency conversion, which has a low impact force, can automatically buffer and balance the commutation, and is equipped with multi-stage speed control. The bottom curtain can be adjusted for lifting so that the cotton net can be stacked evenly on the bottom curtain according to the required unit weight for the next process. The slanting curtain, flat curtain and cart flat curtain use high quality leather curtains, and the floor curtain and ring curtain are wooden curtains.

8. HRHF Closed Three Layers Oven：Heat the fiber and make strong shape of final fabric. This kind oven has three layers, and it's closed, will get fewer gas consumption and can get better qulity fabric.

9. HRTG Calender: Heat two sides surface of nonwoven fabric, and make the fabric surface beautiful.

10. HRCJ Cutting and Rolling machine：

This machine is used for the production line of non-woven fabric to produce the product in the required width and length for packaging.
