Production purpose
This line is used for once-time carpet, the carpet from this line has many advantages: Good elasticity, dirt resistance, not afraid of stepping, no fading, no deformation. In particular, it has the ability to store dust. When the dust falls on the carpet, dust will be stuck by carpet. Therefore, it can purify the indoor air and beautify the indoor environment. The carpet has the characteristics of soft texture, comfortable foot feeling and safe use.

Machines in this line
1. HRKB-1200 Bale opener：This equipment is used to uniformly feed three or less raw materials according to the specified ratio. It can pre open all kinds raw materials, All parts that come in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel or organic polymer materials.
2. HRYKS-1500 Pre opener: The raw materials are opened by opening roller with needle plates, transported by fan, and feed by wood curtain or leather curtain. The feeding is controlled by photoelectric on the cotton feeder. Two groove rollers and two springs are used for feeding. The opening roll is subject to dynamic and static balance treatment, with conveying air duct, which is completely closed to reduce the cleaning times
3. HRDC-1600 Blending box: Different kinds fibers are blew into this equipment, fibers will fall around the flat curtain, then the inclined curtain will get fibers according to longitudinal direction and give deeply mixing.
4. HRJKS-1500 Fine opening: The raw materials are opened by opening roller with metal wire, transported by fan, and feed by wood curtain or leather curtain. The feeding is controlled by photoelectric on the cotton feeder. Two groove rollers and two springs are used for feeding. The opening roll is subject to dynamic and static balance treatment, with conveying air duct, which is completely closed to reduce the cleaning times
5. HRMD-2500 Feeding machine：The opened fibers are further opened and mixed and processed into uniform cotton for the next process. Volumetric quantitative feeding, photoelectric control, easy adjustment, accurate and uniform cotton feeding.
6. HRSL-2500 Carding machine：
The machine is suitable to card the chemical fiber and blended fiber after opening to be evenly distributed fiber network and used for the next process. The machine adopts double-cylinder combing, double-doffer double-random (clutter)roller delivery, double-roller stripping cotton, with strong carding ability and high production. All cylinders of the machine are modulated and qualitatively processed and then precision machined. Radial runout is less than or equal to 0.03mm. The feed roller is paired with the upper and the lower two groups, frequency control, independent transmission, and equipped with metal detection device, with the function of self-stop alarm reversing.
7. HRPW-2700/7500 Cross lapper：The frame is made of 6mm steel plate by bending, and a compensation motor is added between the mesh curtains to reduce the drafting of the fiber mesh. The reciprocating commutation is controlled by frequency conversion, which has small impact force, can automatically buffer and balance the commutation, and is equipped with multi-stage speed control. The bottom curtain can be adjusted for lifting, so that the cotton net can be evenly stacked on the bottom curtain according to the required unit gram weight for the next process. The inclined curtain, flat curtain and cart flat curtain use high-grade high-quality leather curtain, and the bottom curtain and ring curtain are wood curtains.
8. HRZC-Needle Loom：New type steel structure, movable beam is made of aluminum alloy, needle bed beam and main shaft are subject to tempering and tempering for qualitative treatment, stripping plate and needle bed beam are lifted and lowered by worm gear box to facilitate adjustment of needle depth, needle plate is controlled by air pressure, computer numerical control needle distribution, in and out roller, cotton stripping plate and cotton supporting plate are chrome plated, and connecting rod is processed and formed by ductile iron. The guide shaft is forged with 45 # steel and processed by heat treatment.
9. HRTG Calender: Heat two sides surface of nonwoven fabric, and make the fabric surface beautiful.
10. HRCJ Cutting and Rolling machine：
