Leather Substrate Production Line

1. HRKB-1800 Three rollers mixing machine：The different fibres are placed proportionally on the infeed belt and the weight is displayed on the machine, which has three internal opening rollers to pre-open the mixed fibres.

2. HRDC-1600 Blending box: Different types of fibres are blown into the machine, the fibres fall around a flat curtain, then a sloping curtain picks up the fibres in a longitudinal direction and mixes them in depth.

3. HRJKS-1500 Fine opening: The raw material is opened by wire opening rollers, transported by fans and fed by wooden or leather curtains. The cotton feeder is controlled by photoelectric sensors. Feeding is done by two grooved rollers and two springs. The unwinding is done by dynamic and static balance, with conveying air duct, the air duct is completely closed to reduce the number of cleaning times.

4. HRMD-2500 Feeding machine：The opened fibres are further opened, mixed and processed into uniform cotton for the next process. Volume-quantity cotton feed, photoelectric control, easy to adjust, accurate and uniform cotton feed.

5. HRSL-2500 Carding machine：This machine is suitable for combing man-made and blended fibres after opening so that the fibre network is evenly distributed for the next process. The machine adopts single-cylinder combing, double doffer, double miscellaneous roller transport, double roller stripping, strong carding capacity and high output. All cylinders of the machine are modulated and quality machined, then precision machined. The radial run-out is less than or equal to 0.03 mm. Two sets of feed rollers, upper and lower, are paired, with frequency converter speed control and independent transmission, and are equipped with metal detection device with self-stopping alarm reversing function.

6. HRPW-4200 Cross lapper：The frame is made from 6mm bent steel plate and the compensation motor is fitted between the fabric curtains to reduce the pulling force of the fabric. The reciprocating direction change is controlled by frequency conversion, with low impact force, automatic buffer balance direction change, and multi-level speed control. The bottom curtain can be raised and lowered so that the cotton fabric is stacked evenly on the bottom curtain according to the required unit weight for the next process. The inclined curtain, flat curtain and trolley flat curtain are made of high quality and durable leather curtain, while the bottom curtain and ring curtain are made of wooden curtain.

7. HRHF-4200 Needle Punching machine（9sets）：New steel structure, the movable beam is made of aluminium alloy, the needle bed beam and spindle are quenched and tempered, the stripping plate and needle bed beam are lifted and lowered by a worm gear for easy adjustment of the needle depth, the needle plate is controlled by pneumatic pressure, CNC needle distribution, the inlet and outlet rollers, stripping plate and cotton pallet are chrome plated, the connecting rod is machined and formed from nodular cast iron. The guide shaft is forged from 45 # steel and heat treated.

8. HRTG Calender: The fleece is heated on both sides to make the surface of the fabric beautiful. After ironing, the surface of the fabric is soft and the pile is smooth and shiny, comparable to the natural animal fibre fabric.

9. HRCJ-4000 Cutting and Rolling machine：This machine is used in nonwoven production lines to cut products into required widths and lengths for packaging.
