Use
This machine includes double cylinder、double doffer、four jogger rolls and web stripping. Prior to precision machining, all rollers on the machine undergo conditioning and quality treatment. The wall plate is made of cast iron. Use high quality card wire, which has the advantages of strong carding ability and high output.

Mechanism characteristics
(1) The frames on both sides are welded from high quality steel plates, and the centre is supported by strong steel, so the structure is very stable.
(2) To ensure safe operation of the carding machine, the feed roller is equipped with a metal detector and a self-stop reverse device.
(3) For ease of use and maintenance, there are working platforms on both sides of the card.
