Use
This machine include double cylinder、double doffer、four disorder roller and web stripping. All rollers of the machine are subject to conditioning and qualitative treatment before precision processing. The wallboard is made of cast iron. Use high-qulity card wire.It has the advantages of strong carding ability and high output.
Working principle
This equipment deeply open and card fibers into single state by card wire and matching the speed of each roll.At the same time,deeply clean dust and make even cotton web.
The structure of this machine is four feeding rollers, double cylinder and double doffer, which is suitable for polyester, polypropylene, waste recycling fiber and other chemical fibers, as well as carding and netting some natural fibers(sheep wool, alpaca fiber and others).

Mechanism characteristics
(1) The frames on both sides are welded by high-quality steel plates, and the middle is supported by strong steel, structure is stable.
