Carbon Fiber Felt Production Line

1.  HRKB-1200 Bale opener：This equipment is used to uniformly feed three or less raw materials in the specified proportion. Various raw materials can be pre-opened, and the parts in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel or organic polymer materials.

2. HRYKS-1500 Pre opener: The raw materials are opened by opening roller with needle plates, transported by fan, and feed by wood curtain or leather curtain. The feeding is controlled by photoelectric on the cotton feeder. Two groove rollers and two springs are used for feeding. The opening roll is subject to dynamic and static balance treatment, with conveying air duct, which is completely closed to reduce the cleaning times

3. HRDC-1600 Blending box:  Different types of fibres are blown into the machine, the fibres fall around a flat curtain, then a slanting curtain gets the fibres in the longitudinal direction and mixes them in depth.

4. HRJKS-1500 Fine opening: The raw material is opened by wire opening rollers, conveyed by fans and fed by wooden or leather curtains. The cotton feeder is controlled by photoelectricity. Feeding adopts two groove rollers and two springs. Unrolling is processed by dynamic and static balance, with conveying air duct, the air duct is fully closed to reduce the number of cleaning times.

5. HRMD-2000 Feeding machine：The opened fibres are further opened, blended and processed into uniform cotton for the next process. Volume quantitative cotton feeding, photoelectric control, easy to adjust, accurate and uniform cotton feeding.

6. HRSL-2000 Carding machine：This machine is suitable for combing chemical fibre and blended fibre after opening, so that the fibre network is evenly distributed for the next process. The machine adopts single-cylinder combing, double doffer double messy (miscellaneous) roller conveying, double roller stripping, strong carding capacity and high output. All cylinders of the machine are modulated and qualitatively processed, and then precision processed. The radial runout is less than or equal to 0.03mm. two sets of feed rollers, upper and lower, are paired, with frequency conversion speed control and independent transmission, and are equipped with metal detecting device with self-stopping alarm reversing function.

7. HRPW-2200/3000 Cross lapper：The frame is made of 6mm steel plate bending, and the compensation motor is added between the mesh curtains to reduce the drawing of the fibre mesh. Reciprocating direction change is controlled by frequency conversion, with low impact force, automatic buffer balance direction change, and multi-level speed regulation. The bottom curtain can be adjusted to raise and lower, so that the cotton mesh is evenly stacked on the bottom curtain according to the required unit weight for the next process. The slanting curtain, flat curtain and trolley flat curtain are made of high-grade and high-quality leather curtain, while the bottom curtain and ring curtain are made of wooden curtain.

8. HRHF-3000 Oven：Heat the fibre and give the final cloth a firm shape.

9. HRCJ-3000 Cutting and Rolling machine：This machine is used in a non-woven production line to process the products into the required width and length for the packaging process.
